Core Statutory Licenses

To operate as a trusted merchant exporter from India, we hold all essential statutory registrations mandated by the Government of India.

Import-Export Code (IEC)

Issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), the IEC is the primary identification required for all cross-border trade activities in India. It serves as our official passport for global commerce.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) Registration & Letter of Undertaking (LUT)

Our GST registration enables us to procure materials domestically at a concessional rate of 0.1% for export purposes. Through a valid LUT, we facilitate zero-rated exports while strictly adhering to the 90-day shipping timeline mandated by Indian regulations.

ICEGATE & Port Registration (AD Code)

We are fully registered with the Indian Customs Electronic Gateway (ICEGATE) and hold Authorized Dealer (AD) Code alignment with major ports. This ensures seamless digital customs filing, faster clearance, and efficient processing of export incentives and duty drawbacks.

Export Promotion & Market Credibility

Building long-term trust with international buyers and accessing government incentives requires active participation in export promotion bodies.

Registration-Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC)

Issued by the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) and relevant Commodity Boards. This certification officially recognizes us as a merchant exporter and allows us to avail benefits under India’s Foreign Trade Policy (FTP). It also provides our global partners with verified assurance of our legitimacy and operational standards.

Certificate of Origin (CoO)

We efficiently process both Preferential and Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin through the digital DGFT portal. This enables our buyers in Europe, the UK, and other markets to benefit from tariff concessions and duty exemptions under various Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
